When purchasing a Club Fairway membership, please note that memberships obtained are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law as described below.
Club Fairway products and services do come with guarantees that cannot be omitted under Australian Consumer Law. In the event of major failures, you possess the entitlement to annul your service contract with us and acquire a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its diminished value. You also reserve the right to select a refund or replacement for significant failures with goods. For failures not amounting to major ones, you are entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable timeframe or to receive a refund for the goods and cancel the contract for the service. Refunds or rectifications cannot be provided for reasons such as a change of mind or misunderstanding.
Club Fairway Proshop Refunds
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product please contact info@clubfairway.com.au and we will endeavour to find a solution.
A refund, credit note or exchange will be issued upon receipt of any faulty returns.
The buyer is to pay shipping cost on any returns, unless agreed to prior.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
Shipping
Club Fairway uses Australia Post post domestically and internationally to ship our goods though when required, may consider alternative shipping methods based on product safety, care and delivery efficiency.
Please note, we do not take responsibility for goods once they have been received by our chosen courier/forwarder with the buyer thereafter bound by the couriers terms and conditions, please contact us at info@clubfairway.com.au if you would like to take out additional insurance on your shipment which we may then factor into the order cost.
